This is a PDF file of a crochet pattern to complete a fun photography prop set for a professional photographer or even an amateur that just wants some fun photos. It would also make a great Halloween costume for a baby girl. My suggestion: For extra warmth and modesty, put a nude colored leotard under the bikini top, this works especially well for a costume.

Includes: Instructions for a mermaid tail and a shell bikini top.

Note: It is not possible to walk in the mermaid tail so it is only suitable for photos or for babies that are not walking yet.

Mermaid Tail Sizes: This pattern includes directions for all sizes, baby to adult. Depending on what size you are making, it may call for two strands of worsted weight yarn, two strands of bulky weight yarn, or super bulky yarn. The actual brand of yarn does not matter, just the weight. Hook sizes include L, N, P, or Q. (8 mm - 15 mm)

Bikini Top Sizes: baby to child
