This coat will be published in the Spring 2011 issue of Cast On. The inspiration for the coat is Medusa. I imagined the snakes slithering off her head onto the coat. The coat features free form cables which resemble the snakes. Invisible decreases (placed to the right or left of the snakes) are worked throughout the piece to enhance the drape. The entire coat is charted.
