Solid sections of Tunisian knit stitch alternate with open panels of Tunisian lace to make a richly textured cowl. Working with a larger than normal hook creates added drape. This pattern works equally well in both solid and variegated yarns.

While the construction of this cowl is simple enough for a beginner, this pattern is written with the assumption that you have a good understanding of how to do basic Tunisian crochet stitches (i.e. simple stitch & knit stitch). Links to helpful instructional videos are provided.
