I hope you enjoy making this instant gratification double-stranded double-wrap cowl that will be cosying up your neck in no-time flat!

This super-chunky lace cowl is designed to be wrapped double around the neck but can also be worn long under a jacket with the point at the back and the twist at the front. Note: The Namaste yarn is held double-stranded.

Suited to an intermediate level crocheter.
Techniques include ch, dc and treble stitches, treble clusters, treble fans and a slip stitch seam.

Pattern PDF download links are for ENGLISH (UK & US versions) and DUTCH. (Sales tax relevant to your country will be added at check out).

Materials
Yarn
Scheepjes Namaste (50% Virgin Wool/50% Acrylic; 100g/85m) x 3 balls (all 3 balls are used – finished cowl weighs approx. 295g).

NOTE: This project uses all of the three balls with only approx. 4-5g to spare. Firm tension for your textured sts is the best way to not run out of yarn and provide best form. Ensure beg foundation ch and ch of last row are relaxed so the fabric is comfortable to double wrap around your neck when complete – these are not the stitches to work firmly to save yarn.

Size
One size is provided, but the pattern is easy to customise to be longer (a 4th ball of Namaste will be required if you make it bigger).

Hook
10mm (US N/P-15) crochet hook.

Other Materials
Stitch markers (23 markers to mark the foundation ch before working Row 1 are very useful!).
