The pattern looks very different depending on the colours you choose. Here you can see 2 different colour combinations using 2 colours, but the bag will also look good when you use 3 or more colours. There is a pattern for at bag with a round bottom and a bonus pattern for a tote bag.
Both bags are made bottom-up. For the round bag I used crochet cord for the straps and in the tote bag the straps are made in sc.

Round bag
Yarn: Catona, Scheepjes (100 % cotton),
125 g/50 m
3 skeins in colour A (green, 395),
2 skeins in colour B (pink, 263).
Recommended hook: 3 mm and 3,5 mm for the cord
Finished measurements: 30 cm (11.8 in) tall and 63 cm (24.8 in) in circumference. Tips to change size in pattern.

Tote bag
Yarn: Catona, Scheepjes (100 % cotton),
125 g/50 m. 2 skeins in colour A (white, 66),
2 skeins in colour B (red, 14). 1 skein in colour C (light brown, 254).
Recommended hooks: 3 og 2,5 mm (for straps)
Gauge: Measured in dc: 23 sts = 10 cm.
Finished measurements: Approximately 60 cm (23.6 in) in circumference and 30 cm (11.8 in) tall. Tips to change size in pattern.
