Marlowe is a mystery knitalong, using the gorgeous colors from Emma’s Yarn. This shawl will be worked flat with 3 different colors and will include lace, slip-stitch color work (no stranded), and short-row shaping.

The knitalong will begin on August 23rd. The pre-order sheet just includes the supplies you need, and the clue schedule. There will be video tutorials for any of the tricksy bits, so although this pattern is sort of intermediate, an adventurous beginner will do just fine!

The shawl is currently available at pre-order pricing, but prices will go up as we get closer to the start date.

YARN REQUIREMENTS:
Approximately 1200 yards/1097 m of fingering weight yarn.

The shawl will look best if the yarn you choose is blockable, so I wouldn’t recommend a mostly synthetic or acrylic yarn.

Sample is worked in Emma’s Yarn Beautifully Basic in the colors Tealicious, Wish You Were Beer, and Calypso.

Make sure you have at least 400 yards of each color if you choose a different yarn.

All instructions will be provided in written AND charted format. The clues will come out on Mondays and Fridays, beginning with Friday the 23rd of August.
