The shawlette has a slightly crescent shape. The shawl was knitted from the center back toward the “wings”, both sides at the same time, lace body and garter border together. The short rows and decreases making a crescent shape.
For the model I’ve used MadelineTosh Merino light 1 skein (420 yards), but other fingering weight yarn can be used as well.
