This triangular motif can be used to make a flat bunting, sweater pocket, blanket applique or any number of items. The patterns offers specific written instructions on how to turn it into a hanging bunting.

For home decorating or party throwing, this bunting can be made with any yarn, or any colors you’d like.

I used 4 weight yarns and a 5mm hook, but you could use whatever yarn you like and adjust the hooks size accordingly. I used a slightly smaller hook size (by .5mm) than was recommended on the label of the prototype yarn (Yarn Bee, Glowing).

If you wanted a more open look, you would move up in hook size.
