Right Twist (RT): K2tog but do not drop sts from left-hand needle, knit first st again,
drop both sts from needle OR Sl next st to cn and hold in back, k1, k1 from cn.
Note: The Right Twist may be worked with or without a cable needle as described
above. The sample was worked without a cable needle.
