This lighter-weight sweater is designed with the weekend in mind. A comfortable, stretchy stitch moulds itself to the body, making it a sweater that can be lived in all day. The neckline is relaxed, and the contrast stripes can be as bold or as muted as you like.

This sweater is seamless and made from the neck down. Stitches for the sleeves are picked up from the armhole. The sleeve cap is shaped using w&t stitches.

The pattern stitch alternates one round of knit with one round of twisted knit stitches, and it’s  simple to do.

Yarn Used: Main:  870 (920, 984, 1038, 1094){1133, 1184, 1292, 1328} yds/796 (842, 900, 949, 1000){1036, 1083, 1181, 1214} m DK weight yarn; Contrast: 280 (290, 310, 328, 344){358, 374, 408, 418} yds/256 (266, 284, 300, 315){328, 342, 373, 383} m DK weight yarn. A smooth, plied yarn will give good stitch definition.

My testers judge this to be an intermediate level sweater.
