Mango Sundress
You often find inspiration in designs of others, this time from a little knit dress at Lion Brand Yarn. I’d been trying to design a pattern to use with the Wolle’s Color Changing Cotton Yarn and seeing the cute little sundress in my e-mail sparked an idea. This lacy little dress, in the colors of a juicy mango or evening sunset, is the result.
The use of extended single crochets in the bodice allow for quite a bit of expansion and once the dress becomes too short to use as a dress, it can still be used as a cute top, either with or without a t-shirt underneath.
