I love this poncho! It was fun to knit and so much fun to wear! The leather lacing is reminiscent of the tannins and flavors of plum and leather that malbec wines are valued for.

Pattern is worked in one piece from end to end. After blocking, the piece is folded in half and then laced together with leather cording.
