The Malaquite Tee features wide, short sleeves with allover lace and a flowing stockinette-stitch body. The tee is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. The sleeves are worked back and forth from the bottom up.

Yarn Fibra Natura Flax (100% linen; 137 yd 125 m/1¾ oz 50 g): #16 taupe, 7 (8, 8, 9, 10, 10, 11) skeins. Yarn distributed by Universal Yarn.

Needles Size 4 (3.5 mm): 16” and 32” circular (cir). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

NOTES

  • The body of this pullover is worked in the round from the lower edge to the underarm, then the upper front and back are worked separately back and forth. The sleeves are worked back and forth from the bottom up.
  • When shaping sleeves, if there are not enough stitches to work both a yarnover and its corresponding decrease, work these stitches in stockinette stitch instead.
  • Chart A is worked in the round, and Chart B is worked back and forth in rows. When working in rounds, work every chart row as a right-side row.
