Materials:
- Canadiana by Susan Bates or worsted-weight yarn -- 2 1/2 ozs. Copen Blue #31, 1 1/2 ozs. Vanilla #94;
- 21” of 3/8” ribbon;
- 7 1/4” of 3/8” wooden dowel;
- two 1 1/2” wooden beads to fit on dowel;
- 2” x 5 1/2” piece plastic canvas;
- craft glue;
- sewing thread to match ribbon;
- sewing and tapestry needles;
- G and H hooks or sizes needed to obtain gauges.
Gauge: G hook, 4 dc = 1”; 2 dc rows = 1”. H hook, rnd 1 of pocket = 1 1/2”.
Finished size: 23 1/2” long.
It looks to be about 6” wide.
Hangs, has 3 pockets, and place for a pencil or other such item at the bottom.
Stitches used include: slip stitch, chain, single crochet, double crochet, shell (defined in pattern).
