I’m so happy to present you my 2024 edition Birthday Shawl. For this 9th edition, I wanted a little touch of magic. Without looking for extravagance, but rather that feeling you can get when everything falls into place perfectly, as if by magic.

The stitches follow one another and respond to each other, the colors complement each other, we don’t feel like we’re knitting something complicated and in the end it’s a pretty piece that comes from our hands. I find it completely magical!

Magic Spell is a semi-circular shawl, worked in one piece, top down. It features alternated sections of garter stitch and lace.

You’ll need 2 skeins of fingering weight yarn, and if you fancy a little treat to yourself, La Bien Aimée has some beautiful kits ready for you on their webshop.

Je suis très heureuse de vous présenter mon châle d’anniversaire édition 2024. Pour cette 9ème édition, j’ai eu envie d’une petite touche de magie. Sans chercher l’extravagance, mais plutôt ce sentiment qu’on peut ressentir quand tout se met en place parfaitement, comme par magie.

Les points s’enchaînent et se répondent, les couleurs se complètent, on a pas l’impression de tricoter quelque chose de compliqué et au final c’est une jolie pièce qui naît de nos mains. Je trouve ça complètement magique ;)

Magic Spell est un châle semi-circulaire, qui se tricote d’une pièce, du haut vers le bas. Il présente une alternance de section en point mousse et dentelle.
