I LOVE the Magic Loop method of knitting, as I can’t stand to seam my knitting…. so invariably I use this technique for knitting socks and handwear (mittens, fingerless gloves, fingerless mittens etc). I am also an impatient knitter, so I have to do both at one go on one circular needle….

This step by step photo tutorial will show you how to cast on to knit TWO at a time socks/ mittens etc on a Magic Loop. This is a great way to knit as you don’t have the sad second sock syndrome, your tension is even in both socks, and your pretty much set to go when you cast off!
