NOTES
Circular needles are used for large number of sts required per row, not for knitting in the round.
Collar is worked in one piece that will fold over itself and be worn doubled. Using different sized needles will create the desired shaping, and therefore there is no shaping in the stitch pattern.
GAUGE
In blocked lace stitch, using US size 8 (5mm) needles,13 sts = 4”/10 cm
