Made in America is sized from baby to large adult, and takes just 150 yards for the smallest hat. The largest takes 100 yards each of red and white, and 60 yards of blue.

This project takes just a few days to whip together, and would make a great Christmas gift, especially for military families (Semper Fi, little brother!).
