Cowl is worked seamlessly in the round from the bottom up.

If the color effect of the sample is desired, wind both skeins and pull from opposite ends when started a new ball (ie begin with the blue for the first skein, then end with the blue for the second skein so the two skeins create a gradient).

Almost all the yardage was used for this cowl, so plan for 270 yds/247 m of total yarn used.
