With this pattern you can make a romantic sweater with a cozy fit.

It contains the indications for the sizes SX, S, M and L (4, 6, 8, 10 US).

Total length: 50 ( 52, 54, 56 ) cm + 2 cm of border
Chest: 78 (90, 98, 102) cm
Sleeve length: 27 + 38 (38, 40, 40) = 65 (65, 67,67) cm

The sweater is made up of two panels (back and front) worked separately on the flat in round-trip turns.
After sewing them together we crochet the balloon sleeves working in the circle inside the armholes. At the end we make separately the collar and the sleeves working on the flat in round-trip turns.

It is a very versatile project, which can be used with or without a high collar and with short or long sleeves and is also REVERSIBLE. The balloon sleeves in fact have a different and appreciable workmanship on both sides (right and reverse) of the work.
It is a beginner-advanced / intermediate level project full of details and stitches.

You will need about 300 (300/350, 350/400 400/450) g fingering 2 PLY weight yarn, size US 0 crochet hook (3 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge 22 double crochet and 13 alternate rows of double crochet and double crochet back loop only = 10cm x 10cm (yarn A); and just over 200 g worsted/Aran weight yarn, size hook US H/8 (5 mm) or size needed to obtain gauge 14 double crochet and 8 rows = 10 x 10 cm (yarn B).

E’ un progetto molto versatile, utlizzabile con o senza collo alto e con le maniche corte o lunghe ed è inoltre REVERSIBILE. Le maniche a palloncino presentano infatti una lavorazione diversa e apprezzabile su entrambi i versi (diritto e rovescio) del lavoro.

Occorrono circa 300, (300/350, 350/400,400/450) gr di filo da lavorare con uncinetto 3 o misura necessaria ad ottenere un campione di 22 maglie alte per 13 righe alternate di maglie alte e maglie alte in costa di dietro = 10 cm x 10 cm. (filo A); e poco più di 200 gr. (700 m. c.a) di filo da lavorare con uncinetto 5 o misura necessaria ad ottenere un campione di 14 ma x 8 righe = 10 x 10 cm (filo B).
