Lucky Horseshoe Hand Warmers
You’ll have good luck making this unique cable! It is actually two cables, one twisted to the front and one to the back, creating the horseshoe effect. The body of these hand warmers is simple K2, P2 ribbing that stretched to fit a wide range of sizes. Finishing is as simple as seaming the sides together while leaving a thumb hole on one side.
If working in the round is desired, subtract one stitch from each edge of the fabric (subtract 4 total -- 2 from the top panel and two from the bottom panel) and use double pointed needles in the appropriate size to get gauge.
