Lovesick shawl
I knitted my shawl in the shorter version from a Yarnz2go knit kit check out the awesome color combinations in the kits.
The Lovesick shawl
The shawl is knitted sideways with a beautiful, yet easy to knit continuous lace pattern, flanked by garter stitches. The yarn used here has great flow and exceptional drape, as you can most likely can tell from the photos. You’ll create a marled look with two colors held together throughout the project.
The pattern is fully written and also has a lace chart.
The size is 56” in length and 23” in height as shown here. The kits have enough yarn to add more length to your shawl.
Yarn used
Darlon, a sport weight antibacterial yarn. 309 yards per skein in two colors to create a marled effect. Two skeins per color, so four skeins in total are needed.
