This cardigan design came out of a desire to show off a beautiful kettle dyed yarn. After playing around with different stitches, I just loved the way this woven basket stitch worked with the color variations of the yarn.

Knitted from the top down and available in 12 sizes, you can easily adjust the yoke for your perfect size. This is a really fun pattern that will fly off of your needles!

Needles Size US 10 & 13 / 6 & 9 mm circular needles, appropriate length for your size
Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain gauge.

Gauge 16 sts and 24 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Purl Ridges pattern & stockinette st on smaller needles
16 sts and 20 rows = 4” / 10 cm in Woven Basket pattern on larger needles
