When I was growing up in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, there was a small children’s amusement park just down the road from my house and it was called Lollipop Park (see photo). The miniature steam locomotive and 1,200 feet of track wound their way through the park, neatly manicured and accented with zinnias and petunias. The boat ride, bumper cars and helicopters thrilled all the neighborhood children. It closed in 1973, but I still have such fond memories of the excitement of those memories.

I used white for the inside of the casing but you can use any color and mix and match the two sides with different colors.

I purchased matching shoelaces from Amazon for the drawstrings but their are also instructions for knitting an icord.
