• Approximately 98 yards (90 m) lockspun yarn made of about 110g Wensleydale locks, 3-4 inches (7.5-10 cm) long, 100g carded batt and about 50g core/plying thread
• A yard or two of DK weight yarn in a similar color, for button loop
• Crochet hook US M/13 (9mm) or size needed to obtain gauge
• Crochet hook US D/3 (3.25mm) for button loop
• 1 button, approximately 1 inch (2.5 cm)
• Tapestry needle
