Sleeve seam: 1.5 inches
2 small buttons needed for left shoulder fastening,
Crochet drawstring (ribbon could be substituted) at waist; small pompom attached to each end of cord.
Yoke worked flat and seamed. Set in sleeves worked flat and sewn on. Skirt worked in the round.
