Chicken, 5cm, chicks 2.5cm.
You only need small amounts of Double Knit (8-ply) yarn and toy filling.
A pair of 2.75mm (US 2) knitting needles are used. The pattern is knitted flat and sewn together at the end. You do not need knit in circles.
The knitting skill is basic; knit, purl, k2tog, k f/b (knit into the front loop and back loop to create one stitch), yf (bring yarn forward).
Very easy and simple project.
