When I made them, the mom turned out to be approx. 4.5 inches/11.5 cm tall, and the little bunny approx. 3.5 inches/9 cm tall.
I used worsted weight yarn and I crochet pretty tight. Depending on the yarn you use and your tension they might end up being a little bit smaller or a little big bigger.
