Listening to Color Mitts
In wanting my recreational crochet to be relaxing, I often rely on variegated or self-striping yarns to do the heavy lifting of colorwork for me. But really, changing colors in crochet is so simple, I shouldn’t consider it to be heavy lifting at all.
These simply shaped, striped wristlets are worked mostly in single crochet through the back loop for a close-fitting ribbing with occasional stripes works in double crochet at one end to provide the flair needed for them to fit comfortable over the lower hand to the thumb. Perfect for brisk spring days, these wristlets can be crocheted in your favorite team colors to show your spirit! Go to Stitch N’ Pitch website for more information!
