Lines in the Sand
There is something interesting about the fact that the longer you study lines carved by the wind into the sand, the more the you see a pattern. Almost like the ebb and flow of the ocean waves themselves, the lines start to show a rhythmic quality that takes on a subtle character and personality all its own. With distinctive stitches patterned after wind-swept sand, the lines in your cowl will have the same subtle strength of character and solid personality as those you walked past on the beach.
The I-Cord cast-on is knit flat with the cowl joined in the round during the first round. The I-Cord will be closed after bind-off by darning the two I-Cord ends together.
The single-color textured stitches create a reversible pattern.
