Limestone Pavement Beret
The natural stone–like appearance of the Limestone colourway of New Lanark yarn made me think of the rocky landscape known as limestone pavement, which can be seen in the Yorkshire Dales.
Errata (apply only to pattern as published in Magazine):
p85. In first sentence, which starts “Work in St st …”, replace “cast on edge” with “purl ridge at bottom edge of beret”.
p85, Chart B. The symbol on Row 8, stitch 1 should be the left half of a Right Twist and not the left half of a Left Twist as shown. The corresponding written instructions on p84 are correct.
