Materials: Main colour (mc) 5 (6, 6) Patons 7 ply Cottontop 50g balls; contrast colour (cc) 2 (2, 2) Patons 4 ply Gem 50g balls, quantities are approximate as they vary between knitters; 1 pair each 5.00 (No 6) and 4.00 (No 8) Milward or Patons Beehive needles or sizes needed to give correct tension; Milward knitter’s needle to sew seams; 4.00 (No 8) Milward crochet hook.
Measurements: To fit bust 80 (85, 90) cm, length 54 (54, 55) cm, sleeve seam 18 (18, 18) cm, garment measures 85 (90, 95) cm. This is a neat-fitting garment.
Tension: 18 sts to 10cm in width over garter st.
Note: This garment has been designed to be worked on larger needles at a looser tension than usually recommended.
