LILLY halter top is very flatter to wear and fun to make. It’s a combination of puff stitch and dc in the whole piece. The puff stitch strap around the neck makes this piece even more beautiful (in my point of view).

This is a MEASURE ALONG/Tutorial style pattern. You need to be able to use the measuring tape with the method given in this pattern to create a PERFECT FITTED garment.

The pattern comes with well-written, a video tutorial, and many images.

Tips: Trying it on often to make sure to get the fit you desire. Also, measure on the part the pattern recommended.
