It is estimated that this pattern will require 3 (4, 4, 4, 4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins of Arroyo for the respective sizes. However, only the 38” size has been test knit, so it always advisable to buy extra yarn.

Arroyo is hand dyed, so I recommend that when switching from one skein to the next alternate skeins for a couple of rows of knitting to avoid having a line appear where you started a new skein.
