Note
Cowl is knitted flat from a provisional cast on, and then joined together at the end using a Three Needle Bind Off. Brioche stitches are used to pleat the fabric into its 3D form.
When working decreases SSK, K2tog, and S2KP, the Sl1-YO is considered to be one stitch.
