Libeccio is a fine-striped tank top, knitted seamlessly from the top down. The back and front are knitted separately down to the armholes. Then the pieces are joined and the body is knitted in the round. The top of the front and back have an double stockinette edging.
The body is knitted in the round with a few increases on the sides to make it slightly a-line.
The hem is folded double to give the top a neat and finished look.

It has a minimalistic design which makes it perfect for everyday use and easy to use as a layering piece under a cardigan or a jacket.
It’s will be perfect for using all your favorite leftovers summer yarns: linen, hemp, cotton, silk or viscose…

Please be aware that adjusting the length of the garment will also affect the amount of yarn needed to finish the project.

Gauge
• 26 sts x 34 rounds = 10 cm /4 inches in stockinette on larger needles, after blocking.
• 42 sts x 80 rounds in double stockinette, 
k1, sl 1 wyif repeat on RS and WS, on smaller needles, after blocking.

Needles
• 3,5 mm US 4 circular needles for the body and sleeves.
• 2,75 mm US 2 circular needles for ribbing.

Always use the needle size that gives you the right gauge! Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Libeccio est un débardeur à fines rayures qui se tricote du haut vers le bas sans couture. 
Tout en légèreté, il a été imaginé pour vous accompagner lors des chaudes journées d’été.
On commence par réaliser le dos puis le devant, le corps est ensuite tricoté en circulaire en jersey endroit et se termine par un ourlet replié uni.
Vous pouvez le tricotez droit ou légèrement évasé pour plus d’aisance aux hanches.
Les mailles sont ensuite reprises autour des emmanchures pour réaliser une finition en jersey double. Cette finition se poursuit aux épaules pour réaliser les bretelles. Vous pourrez ainsi les ajuster à votre convenance tant en hauteur qu’en largeur.

Entièrement en jersey endroit c’est un projet facile à associer, un bon basique qui vous accompagnera en toute saison.
Vous pouvez en imaginer une version unie ou le tricoter en une multitude de couleur, à 1, 2, ou 3, avec des bretelles plus ou moins larges.

Matériel 
• Aiguille circulaire en 3,5 mm ou de la taille nécessaire pour obtenir le bon échantillon.
• Aiguille circulaire en 2,75 mm pour les finitions des bretelles et de l’encolure.
