This cute garter stitch sweater is knit all in one piece, it has buttons at the shoulders, a stocking stitch yoke and darling wee intarsia sheep (which can be added using duplicate stitch later). Liam has been updated (2015) and now buttons at one shoulder only.

The sweater in the main photograph is size 2 years, with 3 large owls worked on the yoke.

More intarsia charts are available in the new pattern;

  • original black sheep
  • sheep with heart
  • baby owls (or bats!)
  • large owls
