This pattern was originally published on the KnitList in 1997 as a free Christmas gift to KL members. Back then, digital cameras weren’t available and most people posted their patterns sans pictures. It was truly knitting on faith.

I have recently reworked this pattern so the revised pattern is now available. There is a mistake in the original pattern directions, which I have corrected. The directions will also include a chart as well as written text, for those who don’t care for charts. The directions are written for 7 sts = 1” and 8 sts = 1”. The pattern is now sized for Women’s shoe size S, M, L.
