Materials
Any type of fingering weight yarn – The sample was knit using an unbranded Cashmere (Chinese) yarn, that is 50g/250m held with a mate yarn to increase toughness. Two together make fingering weight.

Gauge
28 sts X 39 rows to 4” (10 cm) in stockinette after blocking on US 2 (2.75 mm) needles. (Or the size that gives the required gauge)
