This pattern is totally customizable, you can choose any yarn, work a gauge swatch and start from there. It’s knitted flat and then seamed, so it’s a perfect project for a beginner and a relaxing one for an experienced knitter.
I hold this pattern dear to my heart since I learned it from my Nonna Lidia, and she had learned it from her granma, going back to many generations.
