Lausavisa is a traditional yoked jumper worked from the bottom-up. It uses a near-seamless construction which means minimal finishing is required.

Worked in a bulky Icelandic yarn, the jumper is a modern interpretation of the lopapeysa-style garment found in Iceland.

The heavily patterned yoke uses four colours in a pattern reminiscent of mid-century modern Nordic pottery and has an on-trend 1970s vibe. However, the patterned yoke never uses more than two colours per row, making the colourwork achievable by most knitters.

The jumper is designed to be worn as a layering garment. It is a warm and cosy knit, perfect for chilly nights and long hikes.

It is designed for seven sizes: XS (S, M, L, 1X, 2X, 3X) which corresponds to 70 (80, 90, 100, 110, 120, 130) cm / 27.5” (31.5”, 35.5”, 39.5”, 43.5”, 47”, 51”) bust circumference.
