I love layering in the winter. This capelet is great to wear over a sweater or coat, or as a cowl draped loosely over the shoulders. It is lightweight with braid cables and bobbles to give it texture. Really makes a fashion statement.

The pattern is worked in the round from bottom up in one size.
It can be easily changed to allow for more ease or a larger size if desired. The finished size is approximate in inches.

I used one skein of Ms. Babs Yowsa 100% superwash merino in Ansel to make the capelet. The capelet is one size and fits a bit snug on a large frame. The model in photo is size small.
