Latitude & Longitude Purse & Backpack
by Betty Monroe
The backpack is made with the yarn held doubled and requires the larger amount of yardage.
Gauge is slightly larger: 12 st/18 rows=4” (10 cm.)
“I-cords and tucks converge to form grids on the backpack and drawstring purse. Either project would make a perfect primer for flat and circular knitting, picking up stitches, working tucks, knitting stitches together from two needles, and making I-cord”
