Advanced Beginner Skill Level

I learned this pattern from my grandmother’s hands long before I was old enough to read a pattern. She learned it from her grandmother. This one is for grandmothers everywhere

Materials:
1 skein fingering weight (approx. 345 yards)
US size 5 (3.75mm) needle (straight or circular)
Adjust needle size as necessary to obtain correct gauge.
3mm crochet hook (for cast on)

Size: 8” wide x 72” long after blocking
