The Langø Sweater is worked from the top down with a “European shoulder”. First the back neck and shoulders are worked with increases at either side until the full width is reached. Then you pick up and knit stitches for one front and the other after which the sections are joined. After the armhole you continue in the round across the body stitches. The sleeves are worked from the top down. Finally you pick up and knit stitches for the neckband.
