If we had to choose just one cardigan to wear for the rest of our lives, it would be this one. Walk Collection’s Luxe DK, a mix of alpaca, silk and cashmere, provides an incredible, soft feel and subtle shine. Fake shoulder seams make a lovely small detail and the collar can be worn folded or unfolded. Knitting this cardigan is like going on an exciting adventure with a friend ending with a trip to a local button shop - or you do it like Joji and finish your knitwear with buttons that used to be your grandpa‘s.

MATERIALS
Yarn: 4 (4, 5, 5, 6, 6, 7) skeins of Luxe DK by Walk Collection (70% Alpaca, 20% Silk, 10% Cashmere/245 yards 225 meters/100g) or approx. 905 (980, 1100, 1225, 1345, 1470, 1660) yards 830 (900, 1010, 1120, 1240, 1350, 1530) m of DK weight yarn. The sample was knit using colorway Arctic Fox.
Needles: US 4 (3.5mm) and US 6 (4mm) 24” (60 cm) or longer circular needles
Other Notions: Crochet hook, waste yarn, tapestry needle, stitch marker, tapestry needle. Five buttons, approx. ½” (1.25 cm) diameter.

GAUGE
21 stitches and 30 rows to 4 inches in stockinette st on US 6 (4mm) needles, after blocking.
