This is an “extra” embellishment to the Trail Cap Pattern. Ladybug is intended to sit on top of the hat, in place of butterfly.

Ladybug is only about 1.5” long, so very teeny tiny! Choking hazard for baby if not secured to hat properly. Only uses a very small amount of scrap yarn. DK is preferred to help your antennae stay up, they’ll hang funny if yarn is too heavy :)
