5/6/2019: Today I discovered that this pattern is once again free on both Free-Crochet and FreePatterns. I have no idea how long Annie’s will have it listed as free, nor do I know if they might make it unavailable again at some point in time.
Direct links (it’s a free pattern, but you must sign in to the associated websites):

5/6/2019: I also discovered that the pattern no longer appears to be for sale at Annie’s Archive: 6/7/2018: This pattern is now archived at Annie's Archive, and Annie's Archive costs a monthly subscription fee of $1.99. The link to the Lacy Six Point Doily page is: https://www.anniesarchive.com/Crochet/Home-Decor-Patterns...
This pattern was also included in the DVD titled Crochet World Collection 1991-2000.
This pattern was originally published in the February 1997 Crochet World magazine.
Errata:
Round 7 has a typo.
In one place the instructions say “sc over sc between next 2 tr cls of Rnd 6”.
It should have said “sc over chain located between next 2 tr cls of Rnd 6”.
Please see photo on this Ravelry page.
Round 8:
Here is a clearer explanation of how to start round 8:
At the very end of round 7 it says to make a 3-dtr cluster in the first sc of the round and then turn.
After you turn at the end of round 7:
Then slst up (all along the side of) the “2-dtr-cluster” that was made just before the 3-dtr cluster was made (The goal is to get to the other end of that 2-dtr cluster),
And then sc over the unworked chain that’s located just after it.
Then, turn again and start Round 8.
Please see last photo on this Ravelry page.
