Lace-Edged Placemats
by Ellen Harvey
From the book:
“Beginner knitters need not fear lace knitting with this simple combination of stitches. Make the placemats in a variety of colors, or make them all in the same hue.”
Each placemat requires about 100 yards. As Reynolds Morocco has been discontinued, look for cotton/linen or hemp blends in heavy worsted weight.
