The gauge is 8 sts and 10 rows per square inch over the repeating lace pattern. Make sure to check your tension.

The pattern calls for 4 oz/113 grams of white and oddments of red, gold, royal blue, light blue, brown and green for the Fair Isle yoke.

Both straight and double pointed needles are needed in both 2.25mm and 3.00mm sizes.

You will also need a cable needle, a stitch holder and six buttons.
